Ubuntu Touch Release Candidate update for PinePhone and PineTab.

Dalton Durst, the leader of the UBports community, announced the Release Candidate update for PinePhone and PineTab.

Compared to the stable version of Ubuntu Touch, this update includes fixes from OTA-14 and OTA-15 for all devices. The RC should also fix automatic switching to 3G for making calls. To take advantage of this update, please switch your devices to RC.
